Sunday Group Adventure: Discovering Laguna

You must know by now that I'm not good with words; so please bear with my photo blog instead ;)

From Wikipedia:

Pandin and Yambo are twin crater lakes separated by a narrow strip of land. They are part of the Seven Lakes system in San Pablo. The lakes can be found in Brgy. San Lorenzo, San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines.
Lake Pandin is said to be "the most pristine" of the seven lakes of San Pablo

One Weekend at Paradizoo

Being online has it perks :) One of that is joining and winning some online freebies like free entrance to wherever :P

My third win online is a free ride card on any rides under Zoomanity Group. So when I claim it in their creepy office, the very gracious Kirby gave me complimentary entrance tickets for four at Paradizoo, Tagaytay :)

Paradizoo

The place is actually big for the few animals that we saw. But the ample space was filled not only with animals but various  plants and trees! Meron pang mini butterfly and bees farm. Kaya lang umulan-umabon nung nandun kami, the bees are in their bee house hahaha! Meron din silang maliit na pet-cemetery for some of the animal na inaalagaan nila pero nasa heaven na ;)

the sample camel, solid yan pero may totoong camel dito!

Ang mga nakita naming animals? Madaming goat, rabbit, love birds, baka na may 5 limbs, llama, sheep (meron pala dito?!), albino carabao, camels, mini-horses, donkey at lambs. Ang mga halamang nakilala ko dun ay Forget Me Not flowers, Mickey Mouse flowers, mga iba't ibang breed ng roses, sunflowers at iba't ibang puno like Akasya, Narra atbp :P (parang fieldtrip lang!)
mini-horses which can also be rented for Php30 pesos para sa kids

Picnic ba kamo?

kain onti

play agad!
kunwari daw nasa Baguio sila

Here are the three playful and uber kulet girls na kasama namin.

At madami sila!

Bianca feeds Koi
ang ganda ng bahay na to :)

At dyan nagtatapos ang aming paglalakbay! Sa uulitin!

The Made-Up Me

Is composed of putting my BB cream from The Face Shop, some blush and a lipstick with lipbalm.
Yep - that's my everyday look.

my small make up stash

Minsan if I feel like wearing a more decent look, I put on some colors on the eyelids. Hulaan nyo kung ano? hehehehe the more natural brown/earth colors.

You see, I'm not the type of person na makolorete sa mukha. Baket? Because I have oily face. Malamang kung pinilit kong maglagay ng face powder since time

Nung nagkawork na ako, nadagdagan ng pabango (see my small collection of perfume and colonges/body mists).

Pero syempre, since Im still a girl...deep inside me I want a more "refined" and "presentable" me. Kaya I started reading beauty blogs. The likes of Project Vanity, The Beauty Junkee, Shen's Addiction. Sa kanila ko natutunan ang iba't ibang tungkol sa mukha at make up. Face powder, liquid/powder foundation, primers, concealers, Blemish Balm Cream (BB creams), Blush on, lipstick, lipgloss, eye shadow..name it they have it! :D

So ngayon, I try to maintain my make up routine. Pero may mga gusto pa rin akong matutunan, like putting on some eyebrow (dahil di ko maintindihan ang shape ng kilay ko) at eye liner (dahil di talaga ako marunong).

One day, one at a time promise :)

Lovely Celebracion Shoes by Suelas

Imagine my surprise when Je texted me na nanalo daw ako sa blog giveaway ni Patty Laurel! Reply ko pa: "ows? talaga? hehehe". But I immediately opened my twitter account with a silent wish in my heart that it is true (sorry Je ;) di lang talaga ako makapaniwala :P)

weeeehhhh!!!! kinilig ako!

I was so kilig talaga! She forwarded my email to the Suelas team the moment she read my email and the team advise me to wait for 2 weeks kasi nagkaubusan ng shoe size!

Anyway - the wait is so worth it kasi sobrang ganda ng shoes! Look! Look!

Lovely diba?

As usual, you can expect that Suelas shoes are foldable, lightweight and comfy sa feet!
I'm still thinking of an event where I can wear them..hmmmm... Kaya for now tititigan ko muna sya!

I Love Jollibee

Remember the "I Love You Sabado" Campaign ng Jollibee?

But still, that campaign triggered my love-affair with Jollibee. Sobrang excited ako pag Sabado at Linggo, tapos aalis kami ni Mama ;) diretso kami sa Jollibee pagkatapos ng anumang gagawin namin!

Dumating man sa buhay ko si Mc Donalds, Wendys, Army Navy, KFC...
Iba pa din si Jollibee ;)

Ang Mahiwagang Lapis

Bow! :)

Pencil Test is one of those old folklore that "determine" your future child's gender, plus the number of kids you are going to have using a pencil and a string that is attached to a needle. You will place the pencil above your wrist and wait for the pencil to move. Side swings or circles means you'd be having a girl and an up-and-down motion connotes a boy.

Dahil sa kaibigan kong ubod ng curious sa lahat ng bagay (like me), sinubukan ko to!
Ang mahiwagang result: tatlong kembot! :)

Itching To Travel

As much as I want to scratch that itch (its been a year!)

I'm thinking of moving these plan to the later part of the year.

I am, rather my wallet is still recovering from the damages that the last holiday season had caused us :P

JC's christening, Christmas, New Year and Jeya's 7th birthdays (kasi ang daming celebration!)

Kaya lang, the hubby has other plans. Dahil kating-kati nang lumarga, ayun! Nagpabook na ng mga domestic flights! At ang unang-una, next week na agad! Agad-agad?!

Haist.. research mode tuloy ako for this CDO trip
